What we collect

When you use the booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you chose, and your message. If you ring or email instead, we keep the details you give us to quote and book the job.

Why we use it

We use those details only to reply, quote, schedule work, and follow up about your clean or maintenance job. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to our office inbox so we can read them and call you back. The form is delivered by FormSubmit. We do not run accounts, logins, or a customer database on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to do the job and for our usual business records, then delete or archive them.
